We reserve the right to cancel programmes due to insufficient enrolment, staff illness, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative programme.
If your child misses a session, we will provide catch-up materials where possible. Refunds are not available for individual missed sessions unless the programme is cancelled.
The safety and wellbeing of children is our priority. All our educators are DBS-checked and trained in child protection. We have comprehensive safeguarding policies in place. Parents/guardians must provide accurate emergency contact information and inform us of any relevant medical conditions or special needs.
We expect all participants to behave respectfully towards educators, other children, and our premises. We reserve the right to exclude any participant whose behaviour disrupts sessions or poses a risk to others. In cases of exclusion for behavioural reasons, refunds are at our discretion.
We may take photographs or videos during sessions for promotional and educational purposes. We will seek your consent for any images featuring your child. If you do not wish your child to be photographed, please inform us in writing before the programme begins.
